Filippo Santoni de Sio

Filippo Santoni de Sio is a Full Professor at the Philosophy & Ethics Group within the Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences Department at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). Previously, he held positions at TU Delft from 2012-2024, advancing from postdoc to Associate Professor. His work bridges philosophy, engineering, law, and policy in the context of AI and robotics ethics.

• Graduated PhD in Philosophy (2008) and completed postdocs at University of Torino (Italy)
• Teaching experience: 12 years in ethics for engineering students at Dutch technical universities
