Filipa Lancastre

Filipa Lancastre is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Strategy, Organizations and Entrepreneurship at CATÓLICA-LISBON School of Business and Economics, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Her academic expertise lies in strategic management and organizational development, with strong ties to real-world business applications.

Filipa has held prior academic positions as a senior researcher and faculty member at Nova SBE and Universidade Europeia, demonstrating a sustained commitment to higher education and research in management sciences.

Before her academic career, Filipa held key roles in the telecommunications sector, including serving as an advisor to the board at ZON and leading the customer relationship management department at TV Cabo. She also worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, one of the world’s leading management consulting firms.

She is actively contributing to the academic community through teaching and research, with no indication of retirement or emeritus status.
