معرفی
Dr. Filip Sośnicki is a Research Fellow at the Department of Physics (Faculty of Science) of Paderborn University, working in the Integrated Quantum Optics group. Previously, he completed his PhD at the Quantum Photonics Lab, University of Warsaw. His research focuses on quantum optics, quantum information science, and photonics, with particular emphasis on spectral and temporal manipulation of quantum light pulses, quantum interfacing technologies, and electro-optic systems for quantum state engineering.
His work includes developing methods for spectral-temporal mode shaping, efficient interfacing of ultrafast and nanosecond quantum systems, and novel techniques for characterizing entangled photon pairs. He has contributed to advancements in quantum routing, frequency multiplexing, and Fourier transform chronometry of optical pulses. His research bridges fundamental quantum optics with applied technologies for quantum communication and computing.
Publications span topics like electro-optic phase modulation, time-lens systems, and hybrid quantum networks. His technical contributions also extend to lab tooling through 3D-printed designs for optical components and lab organization, reflecting a practical approach to experimental quantum research. Active in the academic community, he maintains profiles on Google Scholar and ResearchGate.
