Fiia Söderholm is a Lecturer at the School of Educational Sciences and Psychology, University of Eastern Finland. Her research focuses on the interplay between support, school burnout, and student engagement in general upper secondary education, with a particular interest in academically high-achieving students. She is a member of the Motivation, Learning, and Well-being (MoLeWe UEF) research group and contributes to longitudinal studies examining educational dynamics.
