Anna Kuusi is a Doctoral Researcher at the School of Applied Educational Science and Teacher Education, University of Eastern Finland. Her research focuses on motivation, perfectionism, and academic well-being outcomes, particularly examining how perceived support influences secondary students' perfectionism and well-being. She is part of the Motivation, learning, and well-being (MoLeWe UEF) research group. Her ongoing project (2022–2027) investigates developmental dynamics of perfectionism and well-being in secondary education.
