Ferruccio Maria Sbarbaro

Ferruccio Maria Sbarbaro is an Associate Professor of Comparative Private Law (IUS/02) at Link Campus University in Rome, where he also serves as Director of CERSIG – Center for Research on Legal Sciences. He previously held the position of Researcher in Commercial Law (IUS/04) at the same institution from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, he earned national scientific qualification for associate professorship in Comparative Law.

His academic background includes:

• PhD in Comparative Law and Human Rights from University of Salerno
