Prof. Fenrong Liu is a leading academic at Tsinghua University, where she serves as the Changjiang Distinguished Professor in the Department of Philosophy. She also holds the Amsterdam-China Logic Visiting Chair at the University of Amsterdam and co-directs the Tsinghua-UvA Joint Research Centre for Logic. Her work bridges logic with artificial intelligence, game theory, and the history of Chinese logic.
- Research Interests: Preference logic, social epistemic logic, game logics, and comparative analysis of Chinese/Western logical traditions.
- Leadership Roles: President of Beijing Logic Association, Vice-President of Chinese Society of Logic, and Secretary-General of LORI Standing Committee.
Selected Recent Publications include studies on game-theoretic logics, social network dynamics, and historical Chinese logic. Her Handbook of Logical Thought in China (2025) and Artificial Intelligence Logics (2025) exemplify her interdisciplinary focus.
