معرفی
Fen Zhu, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Davids Lab. She holds a PhD in 2019 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she conducted predoctoral and postdoctoral research under Dr. Lixin Rui, focusing on oncogenic signaling in diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Her current research investigates cell death signaling via BH3 profiling and evaluates combination therapies for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and DLBCL, aiming to uncover disease mechanisms and identify novel drug targets.
Education:
- PhD, 2019, University of Wisconsin-Madison
Research Interests: Fen’s work centers on understanding cancer biology mechanisms in hematological malignancies. She employs molecular and cell biology techniques to study signaling pathways critical for cancer progression, with a focus on therapeutic strategies to combat CLL and DLBCL. Her research bridges laboratory discoveries with clinical applications to improve patient outcomes.
Labs & Affiliations: Current member of the Davids Lab; prior experience in Dr. Lixin Rui’s laboratory at UW-Madison.
