Femina Varghese

Femina Varghese is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), affiliated with the Department of Psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Texas Tech University and completed a pre-doctoral internship in Forensic Psychology.

Her research focuses on work and crime dynamics, offender cognitive-processing mechanisms, and juvenile justice interventions. She welcomes prospective students to contact her via email for lab/workgroup opportunities.
