Felix Schmidt is Professor of Cello at the Royal Academy of Music with a distinguished international career spanning solo, chamber, and orchestral performance. Trained by Maurice Gendron and Mstislav Rostropovich, he has performed with artists including Martha Argerich and Yehudi Menuhin.
His discography includes the Elgar Cello Concerto with London Symphony Orchestra and Beethoven's Triple Concerto with English Chamber Orchestra.
