Felix Huang is a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Tufts University's School of Engineering. He joined Tufts in 2019 and holds expertise in human motor control, robotic rehabilitation, and surgical training. Previously, he served as a Research Assistant Professor at Northwestern University and Research Scientist at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. Huang earned his Ph.D. and M.S. from the University of Michigan and B.S. from UC Berkeley.

His research focuses on neuro-rehabilitation robotics, haptic device control, and motor learning in stroke survivors. He has advised students on assistive technology projects and served as a judge in innovation competitions. His work bridges biomechanical research with clinical applications, emphasizing practical solutions for motor rehabilitation.
