Felix Haass is a researcher at the Institute of Political Science (ISV) of the University of Oslo, specializing in political economy, institutions after war, autocracies, civil wars, democracy, and comparative politics. Since October 2020, he has been part of the ELDAR project (The Emergence, Life, and Demise of Autocratic Regimes), contributing to research groups on Comparative Institutions and Regimes (CIR) and Political Data Science (PODS).
