Dr. Felix Gradinger is a Senior Research Fellow (Kinship) at the Peninsula Medical School, part of the University of Plymouth's Faculty of Health. He specializes in co-producing research to improve healthcare services, particularly through the Researchers-in-Residence (RiR) model, which embeds researchers within NHS and community organizations to bridge evidence and practice. His work focuses on Integrated Care Systems, implementation science, and qualitative methodologies.
He contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through health-related research and has collaborated with institutions like the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration South West Peninsula (Pen ARC). Dr. Gradinger teaches implementation science at the University of Exeter, covering frameworks like PARIHS and co-production strategies in healthcare leadership.
