Felise B. Milan

Felise B. Milan is Professor of Clinical Medicine and Assistant Dean for Learner Assessment and Simulation at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She directs the Ruth L. Gottesman Clinical Skills Center and oversees clinical training programs for medical students.

Her research develops methods for teaching/evaluating clinical skills, including communication strategies, OSCE design, and simulation training. She creates standardized assessment tools for competencies like spiritual care and diagnostic reasoning.

Grant support includes NIH funding. Publications focus on feedback models, clinical pedagogy, and healthcare communication.
