Felicitas Kruschick is a researcher at the Institute for Special Education, Faculty of Philosophy, Leibniz University Hannover. Her work focuses on international inclusion research, particularly in inclusive education, postcolonial relations, and qualitative methodologies like ethnography and grounded theory.
- Education: BA in Education and French (University of Osnabrück, 2015), MA in Special Education and Rehabilitation Science (Leibniz University Hannover, 2018).
Her research explores the construction of disability, knowledge equity in Open Science, and transformative educational processes in the Global South. Recent publications address inclusive education in Ghana, postcolonial research methodologies, and the intersection of Agenda 2030 with inclusive practices.
She has received recognition through the Wikimedia Deutschland 'Free Knowledge' fellowship and mentoring roles. Her projects include doctoral research in Ghana, comparative studies in Turkey-Germany, and funded initiatives on digital inclusive education.
