Felicien Goudou

Felicien Goudou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Wayne State University, within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. His research focuses on macroeconomic dynamics and labor market mechanisms.

Research Interests: Felicien's work delves into macroeconomics, with a particular emphasis on labor economics, firm dynamics, and macro-development. Key areas of exploration include the impact of firm heterogeneity, misallocation of factors in economies, and structural labor market challenges. His studies often address dual labor market phenomena and the role of non-compete contracts in shaping employment outcomes.

Teaching: Felicien has taught courses such as Principles of Macroeconomics (ECO2020), Intermediate Macroeconomics (ECO5050), and Macroeconomic Theory I (ECO7050) at both undergraduate and graduate levels across terms from 2023 to 2025.
