Dr. Felice Testa is an Associate Professor of Labor Law at the Department of Human Sciences of the European University of Rome. He has taught Labor and Social Security Law since the 2006-2007 academic year and serves as Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Economics at the same institution. He is also a member of the teaching staff for the interdisciplinary PhD program in Personality and Well-being between Law, Ethics, and Psychology. Felice Testa practices law as a registered attorney in Italy’s Supreme Court, specializing in employment law and industrial relations for major corporations.
Research Interests: His work focuses on the interplay between Labor Law and Market Law, with special emphasis on Trade Union Law, the Impact of New Technologies on Employment, Remuneration Policies, and Social Security Protections. His funded projects at the European University of Rome often result in monographs and academic conferences, such as study days on labor-market synergies.
Publications & Contributions: Felice Testa has authored numerous articles on labor rights, collective bargaining, and social security, including critical analyses of vacation entitlements, parasubordination, and anti-dumping clauses in global labor markets.
