Fei Song

Dr. Fei Song is a Professor and Graduate Program Director for MScM and PhD programs in the Department of HR Management & Organizational Behaviour at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University. She is a leading scholar in organizational behaviour, with expertise in behavioural decision-making, strategic compensation, and social justice in the workplace.

Her work frequently investigates labour supply under loss aversion, deception mitigation through opt-out mechanisms, gig employment signaling, and gender disparities in leadership.
