معرفی
Federico Scarchilli is a Professor at Ababo teaching Photographic Documentation in the Painting Visual Arts program. A graduate of IED Rome, he maintains active professional collaborations with photojournalistic agency Parallelozero and Stand By Me as a set photographer for television/film productions, exhibiting work internationally across 10+ countries including France, South Korea, and India.
His research investigates documentary photography's historical evolution from daguerreotype to digital practices, with specialized focus on architectural documentation, landscape studies affected by ecological crises (notably Xylella in Salento), and pandemic-era visual storytelling. He examines technical foundations of shutter speed, aperture, and post-production workflows through both academic instruction and professional practice.
