Professor Federico Lupo Pasini is a Professor of Financial Law at Durham Law School, Durham University. He specializes in international financial law, focusing on regulatory frameworks, monetary policy, and sovereign debt. His research also addresses financial nationalism, digital payment technologies, and sustainable finance. He has held roles such as co-convenor of the Banking and Financial Services Law section of the Society of Legal Scholars and contributed to teaching financial law modules at Durham.
