Federica Verdini is a Researcher and Chief-staff scientist at the Movement Analysis Lab, Università Politecnica delle Marche. She teaches Automatic Control for Biomedical and Electronic Engineering courses. Her research focuses on biological signal processing for human movement analysis and neuromuscular control modeling, with applications in diabetic neuropathy screening and gait analysis. She holds an MS in Electronic Engineering (Ancona University, 1997) and a PhD in Bioengineering (Bologna University, 2001). She has contributed to numerous European and national research projects.
