Federica Brunetta

Federica Brunetta is an Associate Professor of Management and Strategy at Luiss Business School (Luiss University), teaching General Management, Strategy, Economics of Strategy, and Business Transformation in both the Business School and Department of Business and Management. She serves as Head of Executive Masters at Luiss Business School and Vice Director of the Research Centre in Strategic Change “Franco Fontana”.

Professor Brunetta leads multiple applied research initiatives including industry collaborations in healthcare management transformation. As Scientific Director of the Med-tech Major within the Executive Master in Healthcare Management (Filiera della Salute), she oversees curriculum development bridging academic research with industry practice in medical technology ecosystems.

She directs the Med-Tech Major research team focused on healthcare supply chain innovation and co-leads the “Franco Fontana” Center for Strategic Change, where her group examines digital transformation in regulated industries through longitudinal case studies and network mapping.
