Fay Cavagin is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sunderland, serving as Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Childhood and Society Studies (Top-Up). Her academic journey began with a degree from the University of Sunderland in 2011, followed by a master's in Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Education (2013) and ongoing doctoral research on relational pedagogy and belonging.
