Fatma Jemaa is an Associate Professor at the Department of Accounting, Copenhagen Business School, since 2018. Her research focuses on organization theory, auditing, risk management, and digital automation, particularly blockchain's impact on auditing practices.
- PhD in Management Science from Paris Dauphine University
- Visiting Research Scholar at London School of Economics
- Post Doc at ESSEC Business School
Her current research explores organizational dynamics of risk management, institutional processes in audit regulation, and blockchain technologies. She teaches Cost & Management Accounting at the MSc level and supervises master thesis projects. Her sabbatical leave is scheduled from January 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025.
Recent publications address joint audits in France/Denmark, COSO framework applications, and moral prudence in organizational practices.
