Fatma Batur is an academic and secondary school teacher in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Duisburg-Essen and Gymnasium Norf in Neuss. She holds a Master of Education in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Münster and has conducted research on computational thinking, game-based learning, and language-sensitive pedagogy in computer science education.
Her research focuses on students' conceptions of programming, the integration of digital games in education, and linguistic challenges in computer science classrooms.
