Fatima e-Khushboo

Dr. Fatima e-Khushboo is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Northampton, within the Faculty of Business and Law. She previously held roles as an Associate Lecturer at UON and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire. Her research focuses on sustainable supply chain management, green HR practices, and ethical decision-making, with contributions to automation and agri-food logistics. She actively supervises postgraduate students and teaches modules on project management, risk resilience, and CSR.

Advising & Grants: Supervises postgraduate research projects (MBA/MSc) and advises students on placements. Her PhD project (2020–2024) focuses on food supply chains' technological impacts.
