Fary Silate Ka is a linguist and researcher at the Cheik Anta Diop University, where he leads the IFAN Linguistics Laboratory. A Doctor of Linguistics from the University of Paris 3, he specializes in Senegalese languages of the West Atlantic Group, with a focus on dialectology, standardization, and orthography.
