Professor Faruk Yağci is a distinguished academic and clinical expert at Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Surgical Medical Sciences, specializing in Urology. With over 68 peer-reviewed publications and 4 book chapters, his work focuses on bladder cancer, kidney stone disease, prostate disorders, and minimally invasive surgical techniques, particularly in adult and pediatric populations.
His research spans urodynamics, lithotripsy, laparoscopic procedures, and molecular mechanisms of renal tubular apoptosis. He has contributed to comparative studies on plasmakinetic vs. monopolar transurethral resection and endourological management of pediatric urolithiasis.
