Farid Adilov is an Assistant Lecturer and Postgraduate Research Student in the Department of Sociology and Criminology at the University of Essex. His research focuses on gender and political representation, particularly the impact of female MPs on women-friendly policies. He also works on gender equality policies and public policy analysis.
