Her research critically examines spatial, territorial, and environmental dimensions of energy/digital infrastructures through interdisciplinary lenses merging architectural history, urban planning, and technology studies. Key focus areas include:
- Architectures of Electricity and Energy Landscapes
- Urban Planning of Networks and Electrical/Telecom Infrastructures
- Ecology of Infrastructures and Technical Imaginary/Utopia
- Energy Autonomy and Infrastructural Transition Dynamics
- Technology-Politics Intersections
Recent publications reveal evolving scholarly trajectories from historical analyses of energy autonomy (2014-2019) toward contemporary digital infrastructure impacts (2022-2023), consistently addressing socio-technical regime transformations across spatial scales.
Award highlights include:
- 2011 Prize for thesis on the city (Aperau, Certu, Puca, SFU)
- 2021 Prize from Academic Association for Historical/Sociological Energy Research
As a research director, she supervises doctoral candidates while leading institutional initiatives like the 2023 Mellionnec festival 'The machine in the garden,' exploring technical imaginaries. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical policy implications for sustainable infrastructure transitions.
