Fan Chen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Intelligent Systems Engineering at the School of Informatics and Computing, Indiana University Bloomington. She is affiliated with the IU-Quantum Science and Engineering Center (QSEc) and the Luddy Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC).
