Fabrizio Schifano

Professor Fabrizio Schifano is a Professor of Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Hertfordshire, affiliated with the School of Life and Medical Sciences and the Department of Clinical, Pharmaceutical and Biological Science. His research focuses on novel psychoactive substances (NPS), drug misuse, clinical psychopharmacology, and toxicology. He leads initiatives like the NPS.Finder® project and the National Programme on Substance Abuse Deaths (NPSUM). Key projects include evaluating Buvidal’s effectiveness in Wales and analyzing veterinary drug misuse through social media.
