Fabrizio Castellucci is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Technology, Università Bocconi. He served as Director of the Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at SDA Bocconi from 2018 to 2023 and teaches Leadership. His research explores Status dynamics, interorganizational networks, and organizational change, with recent studies focusing on prestigious affiliations in haute cuisine, film, music, and sports industries.
Education: PhD in Business Administration from Università di Bologna, MA and PhD in Business from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and a Master in Sociology from Stanford.
Research interests span leadership, influence, and power dynamics, informed by collaborations with INSEAD and Cambridge University’s Judge Business School. He has consulted with firms like Ferrero, GSK, and Samsung.
