Fabrice Thuriot

Fabrice Thuriot serves as a Lecturer in Public Law at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne's Faculty of Law and Political Science, with additional teaching appointments at the University of Angers and University of Paris-1 Pantheon-Sorbonne. He coordinates the Centre of Research on Territorial Decentralization (CRDT EA 3312 – GIS GRALE CNRS) and maintains research fellowships with institutions in Quebec and Bordeaux.

His educational foundation includes a 1998 Doctorate in Public Law focused on 'Cultural decentralization and territories' and authorization to supervise doctoral research since 2007.
