Fabrice Jaffré is an Associate Professor (Research) at the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute (Monash University). His research focuses on molecular mechanisms of congenital heart defects using human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and genome editing. He leads a lab developing disease models for rare genetic disorders and congenital heart defects, with a focus on translational therapies.
Education: PhD in Paris (Sorbonne University), postdoctoral work at Harvard Medical School (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center), and independent research at Weill Cornell Medical College. Currently supported by grants from NIH and Additional Ventures.

- Modeling congenital heart defects with CRISPR-edited hiPSCs
- Genetic basis of RASopathies and Noonan syndrome
- Stem cell therapies for cardiac regeneration
