Fabio Orecchini

Professor Fabio Orecchini is Full Professor of Energy and Environmental Systems at Guglielmo Marconi University and Director of the Executive Master in Sustainable Mobility at Luiss Business School. He also heads the Car and Mobility Observatory and coordinates the PhD Program in Physical and Engineering Sciences for Innovation and Sustainability.

He holds a PhD in Energetics and previously directed the Department of Sustainability Engineering and Department of Mechanics and Energy at Guglielmo Marconi University. His research spans renewable energy systems, zero-emission technologies, and sustainable mobility solutions with active coordination of national/international projects at University of Rome 'La Sapienza'.

Professor Orecchini bridges engineering and business through the Car and Mobility Observatory, analyzing automotive industry transitions toward sustainability. His work integrates energy conversion technologies with transportation systems, focusing on practical implementation of environmental solutions in real-world contexts.

As scientific coordinator of research projects at multiple institutions, he directs studies on energy vectors, automotive traction systems, and policy frameworks for sustainable mobility. His leadership in the Executive Master program trains professionals in sustainable transportation management and innovation.
