Fabien Gandon

Fabien Gandon is Research Director in Informatics at Inria and leader of the Wimmics joint research team. His work bridges formal semantics and social semantics on the Web through graph-based knowledge representation.

Research develops methods and algorithms for integrating computer science semantics with human-generated content semantics. Applications include semantic social network analysis and hybrid community modeling.

Represents Inria on W3C advisory committees and contributes to web standardization efforts. Research enables new approaches to semantic analysis of online interactions.
