Fabiane Ramos

Dr. Fabiane Ramos is a Lecturer (Pathways) at the UniSQ College within the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ). She holds a PhD from the University of Queensland (2018), specializing in refugee education and academic success frameworks. Her interdisciplinary research integrates feminist theories, decolonial methodologies, and qualitative inquiry to address educational equity, particularly for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) students. Key focuses include higher-education pedagogy, widening participation, and inclusive practices.
