FU Fangjian

FU Fangjian is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB), Singapore Management University (SMU), where he has held this position since July 2015. He has also served as Academic Director for the Master’s in Applied Finance (MAF) part-time and Global Master’s in Finance (GMF) programs (2016–2020). His research focuses on corporate finance, empirical asset pricing, and financial markets, with notable contributions on seasoned equity offerings, IPO pricing, and stock repurchases.

He frequently collaborates with institutions like the NYSE and CFA Society, reflecting his industry engagement.
