FANG Liang is a Researcher at the Department of Systems Biology, School of Life Sciences, Southern University of Science and Technology. Previously, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine and as a Research Assistant at Charité-Universitätsmedizin, University of Berlin.

His research focuses on organoid culture platforms for tumor modeling, studying Wnt/beta-catenin signaling in cancer stem cells, and developing CRISPR-based genomic screening tools for RNA regulation. His work bridges single-cell sequencing and epigenetic biomarker discovery in tumor diagnostics.
Recent publications emphasize organoid-based tumor evolution studies, CRISPR screening for RNA modifications, and cross-tissue molecular analysis. Awards include recognition as a Shenzhen Overseas High-Level 'Category C' Talent (Peacock Plan). Collaborations span institutions in Germany and China, with lab facilities in Huiyuan Building 4, 3rd floor.
