Ewelina Smoktunowicz

Prof. Ewelina Smoktunowicz is a faculty member at SWPS University, serving as Head of StresLab: Stress Research Center and Head of the Department of New Technologies in Social Applications within the Faculty of Design in Warsaw. She specializes in designing and evaluating internet-based interventions for occupational health, with a focus on psychological resources like self-efficacy and social support in stress management across work and personal life.

Her research spans e-health, digital mental health, and work-life balance. She leads projects including
