Evelyn Spratt is an Associate Professor at the School of Education and Director of the Morrissy Honors Program at Notre Dame of Maryland University. She holds a Ph.D. in History from The Catholic University of America (2004) and has taught both history and education courses across undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. programs.

Recent publications highlight her expertise in Atlantic World history, migration narratives, and curriculum development. She has chaired multiple dissertation committees and supervised student internships, while also contributing to university governance through roles like Co-Chair of the Middle States Accreditation Team.
