Evelyn L. Ma serves as Reference Librarian for Foreign and International Law and Lecturer in Legal Research at the Lillian Goldman Law Library, Yale Law School. She holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, an M.L.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a B.A. from the University of Hong Kong.
