Evan Riehl is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and ILR School at Cornell University. He earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University and specializes in labor economics with a focus on higher education policy, inequality, and affirmative action. His research examines how educational institutions and policies impact labor market outcomes, particularly for disadvantaged groups. Riehl has published extensively in top economics journals including the Journal of Labor Economics and Journal of Public Economics.
