Eva Traut-Mattausch is a Professor of Business and Organizational Psychology at the University of Salzburg's Department of Work, Organizational and Business Psychology. She leads the PsychoEconomic Research Lab and holds roles such as Deputy Head of the Doctoral Program Brain, Behavior and Health, and Scientific Director of postgraduate courses in Supervision, Coaching, and Psychosocial Counseling. Education: She holds a Dr. phil. (2004) and Habilitation (2009) in Psychology from LMU Munich, alongside a degree in Business Administration (1998). Her training includes advanced studies in social and economic psychology.
Research focuses on workplace demands/resources, coaching efficacy, impostor phenomenon, and economic behavior. Her lab combines experimental and field studies to address organizational challenges.
