Eva Oberdorster is a Senior Lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Biological Sciences Department at Southern Methodist University (SMU). She has been teaching a four-course lecture/lab Anatomy & Physiology sequence at SMU, including Biol 3106 (Physiology Lab), Biol 4306 (Human Anatomy with Physiology), Biol 4164 (Functional Anatomy & Histology Lab), and Biol 4364 (Integrated Physiology with Endocrinology). She also occasionally teaches Biol 4132 (Senior Seminar on Bioethics) and previously taught courses like Essentials of Biology, Aquatic Biology of the Southwest, and Toxicology Laboratory.

- Professional Experience: Assistant Professor at Clemson University (1998-2000), Post-Doctoral Fellow at Tulane University (1997-1998)
Her teaching interests focus on Co-Curricular Development and Integrating Technology into the Classroom. In Anatomy labs, she offers an optional assignment for students to create Anatomy-inspired art.
