Eva Louise Hall is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Animation at the Kansas City Art Institute and a current MFA candidate in the School of Visual Arts’ Visual Narrative program. She is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in stop motion animation, puppetry, and multimedia installations. Her work explores themes of human connection, existential struggles, and the supernatural through innovative visual storytelling.
Notable works include Pluck (2026, a surrealist horror short), MIRA (2023), The Weathering (2019, an interactive digital narrative), Citrouille (2012), and Apsara (2013, a live performance-film hybrid). Her projects have been exhibited at the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, and Fiji National University.
