Eva Krczal

Assoz. Prof. Eva Krczal is an Assistant Professor at the Department for Economy and Health at the University for Continuing Education Krems. Her work focuses on health economics, public health, and the digital transformation of healthcare systems. She leads interdisciplinary research projects addressing pandemic response strategies, health literacy, and primary care innovation. Notable projects include evaluations of the Gwent Test, Trace & Protect Service and the analysis of tobacco cessation programs' cost-benefit ratios. Krczal has co-authored over 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals and presented at conferences such as the International Society for Quality in Health Care and the Global Evidence Summit.
