Eva Elksne is a Ph.D. researcher at the Department of Surgery (Rīga Stradiņš University). Her work intersects ophthalmology, genetics, and telemedicine, with a focus on glaucoma and hereditary conditions. She is currently funded by a Doctoral Grant (2024-2026) for RSU and LASE PhD students.
