Eva Diniz

Eva Diniz is a Researcher at the William James Center for Research (WJCR) within Ispa-Instituto Universitário, Lisbon, Portugal. As an Integrated Member of the Social Development Team, she focuses on interdisciplinary psychosocial research examining family dynamics across diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

Her research interests span Developmental Psychology, Family Studies, and Work-Family Conflict, with emphasis on:

• Coparenting dynamics
• Parental sensitivity and socioeconomic influences
• Socioemotional child development
• Work-family balance challenges

Current research includes the project CEECIND/04111/2017 analyzing contemporary parents' work-parenting conciliation strategies across family configurations. Her publication trends reveal concentrated expertise in fatherhood studies, evidenced by systematic reviews on Instagram representations of fatherhood (2022), early childhood involvement (2021, 2023), and cross-cultural attachment patterns (2023).
